Subject: Final assessment, evaluation and accreditation

Objectives:

For each delegate to:

• Complete any outstanding practical work for final assessment
• Complete a final programme assessment
• Evaluate the outcomes of the 12 month programme
• Identify skills development and further development requirements
• Achieve their final accreditation

Contents:

• Welcome back and debrief on outcomes since last Module
• Objectives and content of the day
• Set personal objectives for this module
• Completion of any outstanding practical work for final assessment
• Review outcomes of individual personal SMART programme objectives
• Conduct final programme assessment
• Identify strengths and skills acquired
• Check on any further development areas
• Formal accreditation and certificate
• Celebration evening dinner
