The Implant Education Centre started 5 years ago with a simple introductory course in implants. This has grown to running 8 courses a year with follow up mentoring and support. It has led to lecturing and speaking internationally on courses and conferences
Dental Implant One Year Programme
Intended for:
- Dentists with a basic knowledge of implants who want guidance through simple and safe implant treatments, and support on more complex and advanced cases
- Experience with implant work is not essential
- Delegates who are fully registered with the GDC

- Chris Lucas BDS has an excellent reputation of 19 years experience in implant dentistry and has delivered implant training over the last 6 years
- 26 people on the Training team - 9 dentists, 11 nurses, 3 lab technicians, 2 practice managers and a business consultant
- 12 months mentoring and support during the programme plus 4 free sessions for the following 12 months
- State of the art Implant Suite with AV facilities, CT Scanner, 5 surgeries and onsite Lab for practical work
- Each delegate will have a record of their videos, scans and images on their own personal memory stick conforming to the logbook requirement of the GDC training standards
- Programme is accredited by the Implant Education Centre
